Different leadership needs a different kind of coaching.

Together, we meet complexity with curiosity, depth, and respect for your own discernment.

About us.

The Beacon Collective supports accomplished, spiritually curious leaders who want to better understand what is shaping the moment, reconnect with what matters, and move forward with greater clarity, agency, and self-trust.

Our work is grounded in the belief that meaningful change does not always begin with a dramatic decision. Sometimes it begins with noticing that the way you have been living, leading, or carrying responsibility no longer feels fully aligned with who you are now.

We create intimate, integrative coaching partnerships where insight is not imposed from the outside. It is uncovered through thoughtful inquiry, lived experience, and careful attention to what is already asking to be seen.

Courtney Addy
Founder, The Beacon Collective
Creator, The Conscious Core Compass™

Hello!

I know what it means to build a life around ambition before fully understanding what was shaping it.

For years, I climbed, achieved, and became fluent in the language of high performance, leadership, and success.

On paper, it worked. But reaching the top did not feel the way I thought it would.

I had access to world-class leadership development and no shortage of insight, but the pieces often remained fragmented. Opinions, feedback, assessments, and frameworks each offered something useful, without always revealing how they fit together or what they meant for the decisions I was facing.

I kept asking deeper questions:

What had shaped me?
What mattered now?
How could that awareness meaningfully inform the way I lived and led?

That search became the Conscious Core Compass™.

Today, it sits at the heart of how The Beacon Collective helps leaders recognize what is shaping the moment, reconnect with what matters, and navigate meaningful thresholds with greater clarity, agency, and self-trust.

The land as a teacher.

In the summer of 2026, an accident on our farm left me with a significant wound to my leg. The first response was to fix it quickly. When that repair failed, the damaged tissue had to be removed and the wound left open to heal differently.

Over the weeks that followed, I watched my body do something remarkable.

Given the right conditions, it began to regenerate. To heal on its own. Not to be rushed, but tended. Patiently.

That experience is still shaping me.

It has deepened something the land has been teaching me for years: living systems carry an intelligence and capacity we cannot force from the outside. Our role is not always to fix, control, extract, or accelerate. Sometimes it is to create the conditions that help what is already there emerge.

You cannot command soil to become healthy. You tend it. You pay attention. You work with cycles, conditions, relationships, and what the living system is telling you.

That philosophy quietly informs The Beacon Collective.

We create thoughtful conditions for inquiry, reflection, and integration so that clarity, discernment, and capacity can emerge from each person individually.

Tending rather than taming.
Listening rather than imposing.
Creating conditions for what is ready to grow.

Experience that bridges strategy and self-inquiry.

Courtney Addy is an ICF-credentialed executive coach, coach educator, and former Fortune 50 C-suite leader with more than 25 years of leadership experience and over 1,000 coaching hours.

Her career has included senior roles as CMO of GE Capital, Chief Growth Officer at WITHIN, and CMO of Annie Selke. She now works with leaders navigating complexity, responsibility, and meaningful questions about how they want to live, lead, and contribute.

Courtney brings strategic depth to the coaching relationship, but she does not approach clients as problems to be solved. Her role is to listen closely, ask meaningful questions, notice what may be emerging, and create the conditions for clients to arrive at decisions they can understand, own, and stand behind.

Her work is informed by professional coaching, leadership development, contemplative practice, Human Design, mental fitness, and holistic wellbeing. These perspectives serve as lenses, not labels. No framework or modality holds more authority than the person in front of her.

What we believe.

The Beacon Collective is grounded in respect for each person’s agency, lived experience, and capacity for discernment.

We believe:

Insight is most powerful when it can be integrated into real life.

A framework should support inquiry, not prescribe identity.

Perspective can be useful without replacing personal authority.

The quality of the coaching relationship matters as much as the structure around it.

Not every threshold requires an external change.

Sometimes the most meaningful shift is in how you relate, decide, lead, or carry what is already yours.

Our approach is thoughtful, relational, and responsive.
Structure holds the experience. The meaning remains yours.

The Beacon Collective today.

The Beacon Collective brings together private coaching, leadership experiences, retreats, and partnerships designed to help people navigate meaningful thresholds with greater awareness and intention.

At the center of the work is the Conscious Core Compass™, a proprietary framework that brings structure to the values, capacities, conditions, and catalysts shaping the moment.

Our approach shapes how the experience is held.
Our method guides the process.
The Conscious Core Compass™ helps organize what emerges.

The right coaching partnership does not replace your discernment. It helps you hear it more clearly.

Whether you are an individual leader navigating a meaningful threshold, an organizational partner seeking a more thoughtful way to support your people, or a practitioner drawn to this work, The Beacon Collective is here to meet you with care, curiosity, and respect for what your experience is revealing.

We offer a thoughtful space to be deeply heard, make meaning of what is unfolding, and move forward with someone beside you.

You do not have to navigate this alone.
