Built around the people, purpose, and place.

We create bespoke experiences that reflect the context, needs, and ambitions of each partner.

PARTNERSHIPS

Our partnership philosophy

We believe the strongest partnerships are built through listening, trust, and a shared sense of purpose.

Before shaping an experience, we take time to understand the people, context, and intention behind it. We do not begin with a fixed program or assume that one approach will fit every organization or community.

Instead, we bring thoughtful structure, meaningful inquiry, and respect for the wisdom already present. Together, we create experiences that reflect the needs of the people involved and the outcomes the partnership is designed to support.

Access matters to us, too. When there is a meaningful opportunity to contribute, The Beacon Collective may offer scholarships, donated coaching, or pro bono support in ways that are thoughtful, aligned, and sustainable.

For us, partnership is not simply about delivering a service. It is about creating something with care, reciprocity, and shared responsibility.

FEATURED PARTNERS

ISC Group

About the Partner

ISC Group is the world’s largest independent business network for women in insurance, with more than 10,000 members and 100 corporate partners. For more than 20 years, it has worked to advance women’s representation in leadership and create more inclusive workplaces across the global insurance industry.

Our Partnership

The Beacon Collective partners with ISC Group to develop and deliver bespoke leadership programming for women at different stages of their careers.

Our work includes programming for ISC Group’s Aspiring Leaders community, supporting emerging leaders as they build greater awareness, confidence, and discernment in how they lead and make decisions.

We also co-create immersive executive retreat experiences, bringing together leadership reflection, coaching, wellbeing, peer connection, and strategic conversation for senior women leaders.

Across both settings, the programming is shaped around the people in the room and the realities of the leadership context they are navigating, rather than around a fixed curriculum.

Canyon Ranch

About the Partner

Canyon Ranch is one of the most recognized names in integrative wellness, with more than four decades of experience across health, performance, movement, nutrition, mindfulness, and whole-person wellbeing.

Its flagship Tucson property holds Three MICHELIN Keys, the Guide’s highest hotel distinction, while Canyon Ranch Lenox holds Two MICHELIN Keys.

Our Partnership

The Beacon Collective partners with Canyon Ranch through immersive retreat experiences and guest education.

Courtney leads retreats that create space for reflection, renewal, connection, and more conscious decision-making within one of the world’s most respected integrative wellness environments.

She is also a guest lecturer at Canyon Ranch, where she introduces Human Design to Ranch guests in an approachable, grounded, and integrative way.

Her session, Introduction to Human Design, translates a complex modality into a practical lens for understanding energy, decision-making, and how we engage with life.

Rather than presenting Human Design as something prescriptive or esoteric, Courtney makes it accessible, relevant, and usable for people who are encountering it for the first time.

That is an important part of the partnership: bringing a modality that can feel abstract into a setting where curiosity, wellbeing, and self-understanding are already deeply valued.

The Coaching Academy for Leaders

About the Partner

The Coaching Academy for Leaders is an ICF-accredited coach education organization focused on developing professional coaches and leaders who use coaching as a core leadership capability. Its programs combine formal coach education, live practice, mentorship, and experiential learning designed to build real coaching skill, not just theoretical understanding.

Our Partnership

Courtney’s relationship with The Coaching Academy for Leaders began as a graduate and evolved into serving as a faculty member and coach educator.

In that role, she helps develop emerging and established coaches by bringing together rigorous coaching practice, real-world executive experience, and a deep commitment to client agency.

Her contribution is not simply teaching coaching concepts.

It is helping practitioners understand what those concepts look like in the room, especially when the client is navigating complexity, responsibility, ambiguity, or a consequential decision.

Courtney brings more than two decades of executive leadership experience into coach education, helping practitioners strengthen how they listen, inquire, challenge, and stay present without taking over the client’s process.
