Living In The Experiment. 

EDITION | 19 

I didn’t go to the wake.

Someone in my husband’s friend group passed away.

And I didn’t go.

My mind kept saying I should go.
My inner judge whispered, What kind of person are you? What will people think if you don’t show up? What are you going to do instead? 

But my sacral authority, my body-based internal compass, offered a clear, grounded “uh-uh.”

A full-body “no”. Straight from the gut. 

So I informed my husband, as I’ve learned is essential for a Manifesting Generator, and I stayed home.

Why am I sharing this?

Because if I had gone, I would have overridden myself.
I would have shown up from pressure, from conditioning, and not from clarity.
And I would have felt the emotional signature of misalignment: frustration, anger, depletion.

By honoring my design, I experienced the opposite.
I felt peace. I felt satisfaction.
I felt a quiet sense of inner rightness that had nothing to do with the situation and everything to do with alignment.

This is the experiment of living by design.

It is not about being perfect.
It is not about being spiritual.
It is not about getting approval.

It is about telling the truth to yourself in real time.
It is about choosing the aligned response over the expected one.
It is about trusting the intelligence of your natural energy instead of the noise of the mind.

This is how awareness becomes integration.
This is how you stop fragmenting your energy.
This is how you begin to live from your actual design rather than your conditioning.

And it changes everything, not because life becomes easier, but because you become clearer.
