This work is not done in isolation. The Torch Retreat is a small, deliberate gathering at Canyon Ranch for women hearing exactly that call.

Three movements that carry you through. 

Arrive: Name your Threshold. Most thresholds get crossed without ever being acknowledged. We begin by naming yours. What you are closing. What you are carrying. What you are being called toward. You leave the first day with language for the liminal space you are already in.

Discover: Go deeper through creative and contemplative practice. At the heart of the journey, the real work happens. Not through more thinking, but through different ways of knowing. Embodied practices. Story and symbol. Creativity as a moving meditation. Conversations held in small groups by women doing the same brave work.

Integrate: Return home to yourself. Insight without integration evaporates by the time you land at home. Our final day is dedicated to grounding what surfaced. Turning the threshold you named into an intention you can live, supported and celebrated by the group that witnessed it.

For a few days, the labor of daily life is set down. No cooking. No cleaning. No meetings. No errands and lists.

Feel free to show up, not made up. We don't take guest photos onsite.

Your meals are prepared by Canyon Ranch chefs and approved by nutritionists, nourishing without thought required. Your room is appointed with luxury amenities designed for rest. Your time is yours to spend on a hike, a treatment, a long bath, or nothing at all.

A $200 per-night credit gives you access to over 125 wellness services. Spa. Bodywork. Fitness. Nutrition consultation. Spiritual wellness. The full breadth of what Canyon Ranch is known for, available to you on your own rhythm.

Meet your Host. 

I spent more than two decades in senior corporate roles before I built The Beacon Collective. I know what it is to lead at scale. I also know the moment you realize the role you built and title you hold no longer fits the person you have become, and how much it costs to keep pretending otherwise.

I built this retreat at a time when I needed this community as much as you do. I have stood at the threshold. I have sat with the questions I am now asking you. I have chosen and refined the modalities and practices that have actually moved me. None of this is theoretical.

In our time together, I will ask you to listen to yourself more honestly than usual. I will not tell you what to do. I will help you hear what you already know.
